Refund Policy 

In case of damaged products or breakages, we will inspect them on order to order basis. We shall refund you the entire amount if the damage / breakage was from our end or during transit . If there are breakages from the customer's end while using the products, we do not hold responsibility. Refunds will be initiated within 3-5 working days, from the date of complaint.

To start a refund, you can contact us at care@rootandsoil.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately ( No later than 7 days ) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you can share an opening video of the package, that will help us to take quick actions - as there are so many factors involved in transit. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our all natural products, we cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns.

Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products, but if you are unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.

ROOT AND SOIL is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Each product description on our website includes a complete list of ingredients.

People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. In case you are in doubt, always try an allergy patch test and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product.
